Yeah I know its another blog to take up bandwith but what the hey. Something in me was inclined to start a log (or blog) of my experiences ever since I moved to what I consider the suburbs. I used to live in New York City (Astoria, Queens) but somehow was convinced and was caught in a moment of weakness to move out to Teaneck, NJ. Well its been about 8 months now and I'm still getting adjusted to life out here. To be honest with you... it blows! Man there is nothing to do out here and you need to rely heavily on your car. I can go on forever but I'll save some of my other pet peeves for some other time.
Today I'm heading to an interview. I'm a bit nervous to be honest with you. I haven't prepared for it. Its for a Web Editor position at publishing company in the city. Please God let me get this job! I'm tired of working here inJersey (that's yet another story).
To get my mind off things I went for a suicide mission (i.e. junk food excursion) and came across White Manna's Hamburgers. They kinda resemble White Castle hamburgers only that they're slightly bigger and messier. I'm not sure what was going through my mind when going there. I think as with any junk food, its best to eat them when you're not sitting on your ass for a few hours otherwise they have no where to go. Heaven forbid I have to go to the bathroom badly during my interview!
